The money

From the first call to the paid invoice

A form, a call or a text becomes an appointment — an estimate or inspection visit, not a commitment. You accept it, convert it to a job with a price and a duration, work the checklist, and mark it complete. The invoice runs the same track: draft, sent, viewed, paid.

  • Appointments and jobs stay separate, because they are
  • Every job snapshots your default workflow checklist
  • Invoices move draft → sent → viewed → paid, and age themselves to overdue
  • Stripe takes the payment, QuickBooks keeps the books

One client record

One place, not seven tabs

The client record, the conversation, the calendar, the tasks, the notes, the files and the signatures are one system. Nothing has to be copied out of one tool and into another to stay current.

  • Texts, calls and email in one communications hub
  • Files and photo galleries shared straight to the client
  • Estimates and agreements signed with a phone-verified code
  • Custom fields for what your trade tracks and ours doesn't

In the truck

Built for the truck, not just the desk

The iOS and Android app carries the same system into the field. Take the call, text the client back, look up the job, add a note by voice, and tick the box when it's done.

  • Calls and texts captured in the app, not in a separate phone app
  • Jobs, appointments and tasks with overdue surfaced first
  • Voice notes transcribed and filed against the client

What one system actually covers

First call to paid invoice

A lead comes in, becomes an appointment, converts to a job, and ends as an invoice that tracks itself through to paid.

One record per client

Texts, calls, emails, notes and jobs all hang off the same client, in one timeline you can actually read.

A calendar that stays true

Two-way Google sync, a calendar per team member, and slot booking that refuses to double-book you.

Integrations included

QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Gmail and Stripe connect on your plan — no add-on fee for each connection.

Questions people ask

Not yet, and we would rather say so than let you find out. There is no line-item estimate builder, no price book, and no per-job margin report today. You can send an estimate as a document for signature, and QuickBooks keeps the books.

There is no dispatch board and no general time tracking or GPS. There is a certified payroll app that prepares WH-347 reports from per-worker time capture, but FieldStone does not run your payroll. It covers the client, the job, the conversation and the money — not crew management.

No. We set it up with you and bring across what matters. Onboarding runs on your schedule, and if it takes more than an hour of your time, your first month is free.

For most people here: a CRM, a scheduling tool, a texting app, an invoicing tool, and a notebook. The integrations that connect whatever is left are on the plan rather than billed per connection.

Early access is open

We are taking 10 businesses in September, 3 left — grab your spot.

We are based in Kalamazoo, we set the whole thing up with you, and we stay until it runs without you thinking about it. If onboarding takes more than an hour of your time, your first month is free.
