Text Message Consent

Leave the box unticked if you don't want texts — you can still submit, and nothing is saved.

• On a business's website form. Booking and quote forms powered by FieldStone carry the same unticked checkbox. You can send the form without ticking it.
• On a phone call. Staff read this script and only text you if you say yes:

  “Would you like us to send you text messages about scheduling, appointments, and updates for your service request? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.”

• In person. The same wording, on a paper or tablet sign-up at the job site or office.
• By texting first. If you text a business's FieldStonenumber, you've started the conversation and they can reply.

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything or getting service. We never send a first text asking you to opt in.

Messages about appointments, service updates, and customer supportfrom the business you're working with — for example:

• Rivera Roofing: Hi Dana, your inspection is confirmed for Tue Oct 6 at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Rivera Roofing: Marco is on his way and should arrive in about 20 minutes. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply. No marketing messages are sent under this consent.

Reply STOPto any message to opt out — you'll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to opt back in, or HELP for contact details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the rest.
