Delete Your Account

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This page explains how to delete your account in FieldStone, the app for home service businesses on the web, iPhone and Android. FieldStone is a product of ClaimRoute, Inc., the developer named on its app store listings.

1. How to Request Deletion

  1. Email fieldstoneapp@gmail.com from the email address on your FieldStone account.
  2. Use the subject “Delete my account”.
  3. Say whether you are the business owner deleting the whole business, or a team member deleting only your own account.
  4. We verify your identity before acting, then confirm by email once the deletion is done.

A business owner can also remove teammates from Settings › Team, and delete contacts, in the app at any time.

2. What Is Deleted

  • Your account and profile — your name, email address, phone number and sign-in details.
  • The business’s records, when the owner deletes the whole business — contacts, appointments, jobs, estimates, invoices, messages, call transcripts, notes, files and recordings. When a team member deletes only their own account, these stay with the business, which controls them.
  • Connected accounts — the stored credentials for Google, QuickBooks and the other services you connected, and the QuickBooks data synced from them.
  • Mirrored Google content — the message content we mirrored from Gmail, and the indexed Google Drive document text and the embeddings built from it.

We remove your personal data within 30 days of closing your account.

3. What Is Kept, and Why

  • What the law requires us to keep, or what we need for an active legal claim or fraud investigation.
  • Financial and audit records, with the person’s identity stripped out of them.
  • Blocked phone numbers and email addresses, so the next message from a blocked address cannot recreate a removed contact.
  • The signature audit trail, for 7 years, so a signed document stays provable.
  • Recording-consent records, kept indefinitely as the legal record of each call’s consent decision.
  • An internal erasure log recording that the deletion happened.

Each period is set out in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

4. Deleting Some Data, Not Your Account

You can delete individual contacts, files, recordings and notes in the app without deleting your account. Deleting a contact is a real erasure and cannot be undone. Deleting a meeting deletes its recording. Disconnecting Gmail or Google Drive from Integrations removes the content mirrored from them; files already copied into StoneBox stay until you delete them.

5. If You Never Signed Up

If your information reached FieldStone through a business you dealt with — a form, a text, a signed document — that business controls it. Ask them first. If you cannot reach them, or do not know who they are, email fieldstoneapp@gmail.com and we will help.

6. More Detail

Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect, how long we keep it, and your other rights.
