What StoneCreate is
Most contractors know they should post. What actually stops it is that the good photo happens at 3pm on a roof and the writing happens never.
StoneCreate splits those apart. It asks you for photos when you are near the work, and then a person at FieldStone writes and publishes the post — not a model, and not you at nine in the evening. Your side is twenty seconds with a camera.
That does mean handing us the keys to your accounts, and the section below is straight about what that involves.

Open StoneCreate. The first screen is settings — when we ask you, which accounts we post to, and what has gone out so far.BrandSetAccounts2 linkedReminderTue · 3pm - 2
Say what your business sounds like
Your brand section is what stops the posts reading like anyone's. What you do, who you do it for, the things you would never say. It takes one sitting and it is the difference between a post that sounds like you and one that sounds like a marketing agency.Your businessResidential re-roofing, Kalamazoo County. Twenty years. Hand over the accounts
Add the Instagram and LinkedIn accounts you want posted to, with the sign-in details — someone has to sign in as you to post as you, and that is the honest shape of it. Every time a person looks at those details, it is written down: who, and when, before they see anything. Instagram also needs you to send a Business Suite invite before anything can go out.@ridgelineroofingLinkedridgeline-roofingLinkedEvery look at a password is recorded — who, and when. - 4
Choose when to be asked
Pick how often and what time of day. Mid-afternoon works for most people — you are still on site and the light is still good. Pick an hour you will actually have your phone in your hand.Ask me for photosWeeklyTuesday3:00 PM - 5
Answer the text
At the time you chose, FieldStone asks you for today's photos. Open it, add three or four, and type a line about what they are — the address, what you did, anything worth knowing. Rough is fine. Nobody is publishing your sentence.Anything worth showing today? Drop the photos here.+Maple Ave tear-off, finished in a day. Owner has been here 30 years. - 6
Someone writes it
A person picks it up, writes the post properly, and publishes it to your accounts. If nothing came in that day, nothing goes out — an empty week is better than a post about nothing.Written and published by our team - 7
See what went out
The overview shows what has been published and when, so you can tell at a glance whether this is actually running — and if the answer is no, it is usually because the reminder is set for an hour you are up a ladder.Posts14This month4Missed117 Mar · InstagramView10 Mar · LinkedInView
Send three photos and a sentence. Somebody else turns them into something worth looking at.
