    Create a job

There are two ways to create a job: by converting an appointment or creating one manually. Here we will do it manually. For the appointment, just go to appointments. Click on New Job to create a new job.

    The job view

Each job opens as a two-pane board. The left side is your text conversation with the customer — on their first job it shows your entire history together; after that it picks up where the last job ended. The right side has the next appointment, quick links, and the checklist.

Use slash commands in the conversation

Use commands to work internally on the job:

    • /note — Save a private note for your team
    • /task — Create a task and assign follow-up work
    • /ask — Ask the AI copilot a question about this job

Anything you type without a slash will be sent directly to the customer as a real text message, so be careful before sending.

Type / to see the full list of available commands, then choose one and give it a try.
